Family Disney Trip!

We were fortunate enough to be able to take Brooklyn to Disneyland over fall break!  Some of the family was able to come as well.  It was a great time, and she seemed to like it for the most part.  The first ride we went on was "Pirates of the Caribbean", which she did not like very much.  But everything else she liked.  We knew she really enjoyed a ride if she pointed throughout the whole thing.  She seemed to really love "It's a small world".

We all hurried onto the bus, Chris ended up sitting with the stroller by the door.

We saw the Aladdin show twice, since it will soon be replaced.

Houston, we have a one year old

As this day approached, we almost felt like we were supposed to be sad.  Sad that the year has flown by, that she is no longer considered a baby, and that she has changed so much.  I know Chris and I both felt at least a little sad, but we really weren't.  It makes us so happy looking back on this year.  We love all the memories from the year, and seeing all of her firsts.  We can't possibly be sad, because we can't wait to see how she continues to grow and change.  We will miss her as a baby, but love seeing this little thing that is half of mommy and half of daddy, grow to be her own little person.  God has blessed us big time, and we are so thankful.  Thank you to our family and friends who helped make these great memories!

11 Months

We went to Mimi's house and had so much fun.  We had Brooklyn's first beach trip, and we went quite a few times after that.  We also visited great grandma and grandpa.  Chris also enjoyed his first Father's day.
